   What was the total?
   The laptop alone was a little under $3000, correct?
   And the software?
   Final cut is $1300 and CS4 is $600, unless you upgraded then its $1700.
   Did you get all your software for cheap?

   I would honestly agree.
   I don't see how its under $3500 at least, me and Dane calculated it at almost $6000.

   See so i think everyone agrees. You can get a WAY better LAPTOP for that price. ditch the software.I personally wouldnt go above a grand for a laptop just because your home PC could be your main machine, and you could use your laptop for smaller things and for school stuff. BUT i know you mac people. You gotta go all out when you buy something with a picture of a fucking fruit on it!!

   Damn, now that Macs have a trojan that requires you download illegal software from a non-trusted source and asks you to enter your admin password... ... I don't know how I can sleep at night.
   
   Oh wait, Windows still has worms that you can get by simply being connected to the internet. Ahh, I'm feeling much better. lol
