Battlefield Heros open beta opened a few days ago. I hope I get in, because the website was getting slammed and i got a 404 when I was sent to the "thanks for signing up" page, and I didn't want have to do it again.
lol i wouldnt mind if they made another one just because it is halo and microsoft would be 2 scared 2 change ne thing so im guessing it still would be fun

Yes because reporters just make up random shit that seems like its true and print it, let alone reporters for the most popular videogame magazine in the country. the fact that there will even be a next halo is a rumor, but that bungie will be making it is obviously a fact
Bungie said from their own mouths that they are not going to make a new Halo. There's been plenty of rumors in magazines that don't come true. Is this from the quartermann in EGM? They've been wrong before. That's why they have the disclaimer that they are not 100% fact driven. It's just the fact that Bungie said they were done with the series and then makes their next immediate game a new Halo... lmao.
Other sources say that it's a thrid-person shooter in the Halo universe. That doesn't count as halo just as much as Halo Wars counts as a new Halo.
its probably not gonna be a master chief halo game if thats what you mean, but bungie has definately confirmed they are working on a project. yes its from the quartermann. but just because bungie said they arent gonna make another one doesnt necessarily mean they wont, hell game developers cant be trusted for shit (advent rising million dollar prize, duke nukem forever)
balltefiled heroes is going to be great, but it's in a flooded market and I find myself only going to be playing it when I'm away from my PS3 and all the games coming out this fall/winter.
